🎤 CROSS EX DEBATE DISTRICT CHAMPIONS & STATE QUALIFIERS 🐾
Klarrissa Chavez and Matthew Holley are District Champions and State Debate Qualifiers in Cross-Ex Debate.
They will compete at the UIL State Debate Meet on March 16th and 17th at the University of Texas in Austin.
Klarrissa was also named Top Speaker of the tournament, earning the highest number of points from judges throughout the district competition.
We are extremely proud of their hard work, preparation, and outstanding representation of Dawson High School. Best of luck at State, Bulldogs!
Klarrissa Chavez y Matthew Holley son Campeones de Distrito y Clasificados al Debate Estatal en Debate Cross-Ex.
Competirán en el Torneo Estatal de Debate UIL el 16 y 17 de marzo en la Universidad de Texas en Austin.
Klarrissa también fue reconocida como la Mejor Oradora del torneo, obteniendo la mayor cantidad de puntos otorgados por los jueces durante la competencia distrital.
