Dawson ISD is proud to announce that our Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) application has been officially accepted by the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
This achievement marks an important milestone for our district and moves Dawson ISD one step closer to becoming a fully approved TIA district. The Teacher Incentive Allotment program creates opportunities for additional compensation tied to student growth and achievement while recognizing the outstanding work our educators do every day.

Year 1 (2025–2026)
