Dawson ISD is excited to showcase the transformation of our former field house into a brand-new Dual Credit Lab!
This project represents a significant upgrade for our students. Our previous Dual Credit space accommodated approximately 12 students, while the newly renovated space can comfortably serve up to 28 students at one time.
The new lab provides students with a dedicated, modern learning environment as they take advantage of opportunities to earn college credit while still attending Dawson ISD. Expanding our Dual Credit capacity means more students can access these opportunities and take another step toward their future goals.
A special thank you goes to the Dawson ISD Maintenance Department and Technology Department for their tremendous work bringing this vision to life. From transforming the physical space to equipping it with the technology needed to support our students, both departments played an important role in making this project possible.
We are proud to continue investing in our students and creating opportunities that prepare them for success beyond Dawson ISD.
