Dawson ISD is proud to announce the return of the Bulldog Imprint Initiative, a school-wide Community Service Day focused on giving back to the town that supports us every day. The date is scheduled for October 28th, 2026.
On this special day, all Jr./Sr. High students will spend the school day completing approved community service projects throughout Dawson, creating a positive and visible impact in our community. Elementary students will also participate through campus-based service projects.
We are inviting community members, local organizations, churches, and businesses to submit service requests for projects our students can help complete. Projects may include outdoor clean-up, yard work, light landscaping, painting, light maintenance, organizing, sorting, and general beautification.
All projects will be reviewed to ensure they are safe, appropriate, and feasible for students. Students will be supervised by staff at all times, and projects will take place during the regular school day.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but we will do our best to meet as many community needs as possible.
