We seek a dedicated and visionary leader to serve as our Jr./Sr. High School Principal for grades 7-12, guiding our students, staff, and community toward continued success.

The Jr./Sr. High School Principal will be responsible for providing instructional leadership, managing daily campus operations, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader who is passionate about student achievement, faculty development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
-Provide visionary leadership to promote academic excellence and student success
-Foster a positive campus culture that supports student learning and staff development
-Supervise and evaluate instructional staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
-Implement and oversee school policies, procedures, and student discipline
-Manage campus operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
-Collaborate with district leadership, staff, parents, and community stakeholders
-Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations

-Master’s degree in Education or related field (required)
-Texas Principal Certification (required)
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in campus leadership or administration (preferred)
-Strong background in instructional leadership and student achievement
-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
